Join our dynamic team as a Civil Engineer, contributing to project development and ensuring top-notch delivery within set parameters. Manage on-site civil/structural construction related to District Cooling networks, structures, and plants.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with standards.
Review design drawings, method statements, and materials for project specifications.
Provide input to value engineering for optimal delivery methods.
Support project scope development and tender documentation.
Assist in evaluating bidders during the tendering phase.
Support stakeholders in planning and executing project plans.
Supervise contractors, coordinate activities, and resolve issues.
Assess project deliverables for progress and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum Experience:
5 years of relevant work experience in utilities, infrastructure, and plant construction in GCC

Skills:
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with authority regulations in Qatar
Good knowledge of QA/QC processes in construction management
Good knowledge of industry practices, local regulations, specifications, international standards, and new technologies
Computer literacy (AutoCAD and Microsoft Office)
