JOB PURPOSE:
Lead the development of QA/QC strategies and processes, implementing policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure quality control work adheres to project guidelines. Utilize supervisory techniques to guarantee high-quality services and client satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Supervise amendments and revisions in quality documents to meet project quality requirements and client expectations.
Identify, document, and make quality objectives available to all work groups.
Conduct management review meetings and corrective/preventive action meetings.
Safeguard quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, standards, forms, records, and related documents.
Prepare charts for client satisfaction ratings and handle client complaints.
Perform site visits to monitor and address quality control problems.
Establish and implement the Organization Quality Manual & Quality System Procedures following ISO9001:2015 QMS requirements.
Organize periodic internal audits and monitor corrective actions for non-conformities found during auditing.
Verify and approve corrective actions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
7 years of experience in a similar role and industry in the GCC.

Proficiency in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Extensive technical knowledge in QC-related issues for projects and experience in the establishment and implementation of QA/QC procedures.
Computer literacy.
