Reporting to: District Cooling Project Manager
Department: District Cooling (DC) Projects

Responsibilities:
Oversee the construction of District Cooling plants, ensuring adherence to guidelines and specifications.
Manage multiple DC plant constructions independently, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
Monitor on-site work, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to EPC contractor activities and design reviews.
Coordinate with various departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a valid Qatari driving license.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction of District Cooling utilities.
HVAC expertise in designing and constructing chilled water plants of 2000 TR capacity and above.
 

Key Skills:
Proficient in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of QA/QC processes, and familiarity with industry practices and standards.
Computer literacy in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
