Key Accountabilities:
The executive management plays a crucial role in formulating, implementing, and planning the organization's overall strategy. They work with the CEO to ensure the divisional strategy aligns with the company's vision, mission, and objectives. The divisional strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for the Contracts & Procurement division, and performance is monitored. The leader provides direction for achieving corporate objectives, manages performance, and motivates teams. They collaborate with the CEO community to synergize efforts across Qatar. The team also develops talent and mentors direct reports, providing opportunities for growth. The contract and procurement division is responsible for overseeing the Tender Committee, ensuring proper contract frameworks, negotiations, and dispute resolutions. The role also involves archiving contracts and overseeing auditors' recommendations and action items.
Minimum Qualification:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred, along with a Master's degree and relevant degree or diploma.
Minimum Experience:
12 years of overall work experience, with at least 8 years in managerial roles / Head of Department or Similar Role
Job-Specific Skills:
The candidate should possess English proficiency, strong communication, negotiation skills, time management, managerial level project execution experience, and an internal customer service orientation.
