Job Purpose:
Drive the development of DC projects by delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions within set parameters. Ensure customer and contractor satisfaction through timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Accountabilities:
Implement day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with standards.
Lead testing and commissioning of electrical works at various plants.
Supervise MEP services, from lighting to security systems.
Assist in voltage drop, short circuit, and power factor calculations.
Support project scope development and tender documentation.
Provide stakeholder support in planning and executing project plans.
Supervise electrical contractors, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
Assist in evaluating bidders during the tendering phase.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
"A" Grade License Certificate as an Electrical Consulting Engineer (desirable)

Minimum Experience:
5 years in utility plant construction and DC equipment
Experience in utilities industry or large-scale project management (desirable)

Job-Specific Skills:
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of project management concepts
Familiarity with Kahramaa regulations and QSAS systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
