Key Accountabilities:
The role involves handling customer calls, resolving issues, and providing high-quality customer service. It involves attending to all inquiries and complaints professionally, fulfilling customer requests, accurately recording complaints, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. The role also involves maintaining a log sheet for all complaints.
Minimum Qualification:
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years of relevant experience, English and Arabic proficiency, good communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be under family sponsorship.
Salary: As per industry standards.
