Industry: Oil and Gas/Utilities Energy Sector 

Key Accountabilities: 

Proficiency in Contracts, budgeting, financial performance, policies, systems, processes, continuous improvement, reporting, and related assignments are essential aspects of business operations. 

Minimum Qualification: 

Master's Degree preferably in the relevant field, good communication in English and Arabic preferred. 

Job-Specific Skills: 

The job requires strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and prioritization. Experience in engineering, materials, and utility industries is preferred. Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience is required, 

Salary: As per industry standards. 

Nationality: A candidate with proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
